Since 2008, DERVOS has built specialized production capability for line blind valves — positive isolation devices used in oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and industrial pipeline systems where zero-leakage and verifiable shut-off are mandatory.
Our Lishui factory houses dedicated blind valve production lines, CNC machining centers, welding and assembly workshops, and pressure test benches. From initial engineering review through final inspection, every valve is traceable through documented quality checkpoints.
We manufacture sliding type and swing type line blind valves in sizes from 1" to 24", pressure classes from Class 150 to 2500, in carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy materials — with manual, gear, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric actuation as required.

Assembly & Welding
Dedicated assembly lines for sliding cam-slide mechanisms and swing spectacle-plate assemblies, with qualified welding procedures for pressure-boundary components.
Pressure Testing & QC
Hydrostatic and seat leakage testing on calibrated test benches, with material traceability, dimensional inspection, and final documentation for every shipment.
